All new ContinuuMinis have a black playing surface, but older pictures and videos may show a red playing surface. We have been selling the black playing surface for over a year.
We expect to ship within two weeks of receiving payment (good faith estimate). If you cancel your order before your ContinuuMini is shipped, you will lose your place in line, and we will reimburse you.

Billing occurs on purchase date — Free shipping within USA — International customers responsible for customs/import duties — European and Australian customers please purchase from sources on your continent (Schneidersladen in Berlin, Modular Square in Paris, KMR Audio in London, Found Sound in Melbourne, etc) — Two year warranty from delivery date with free repairs (excluding shipping) — Refund for the ContinuuMini is available if sent back to Haken Audio within 30 days of receipt. Unit must be in original (new) condition and returned in its original shipping box. Suitable returns will be refunded original purchase price minus shipping and PayPal fees.
